For as far back as I can remember, I was always in a garden planting flowers or in a field picking buttercups and daisies with my grandmother. It truly is amazing how powerful flowers can be. Flowers warm the heart and the home; they whisper, “I love you”, “I’m sorry” or “I’m thinking of you”. And even in the saddest times, a flower can make you smile and remind you that everything IS going to be okay.
Over the years, and after moving to London from the USA, I found being in my back garden or arranging a fresh bunch of flowers for the kitchen table, was truly what made me most happy.
In 2015, I decided to quit my full-time office job and enrolled at the prestigious Covent Garden Academy of Flowers. Hands down it was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made (besides marrying my hubby), and since then there has been no turning back!
When I am not arranging flowers or digging in the dirt, you can find me exploring London with my husband Jonathan, flipping off a diving board, eating a pint of Ben & Jerry's, drinking the hoppiest IPA I can find or relaxing with my cats Milo & Sparky!
